Beka joined H-P in 2002 and has held various leadership roles, including Accounting Analyst, Materials Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager of Engineered Tube Bends, and most recently Vice President. Prior to joining H-P, Beka was a Financial Analyst at General Electric and Bank of America. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in International Business and a concentration in Economics from Miami University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis Olin Business School. A graduate of Leadership Stark County, Beka has served on the Boards of Junior Achievement, Junior League, the Canton City Schools Foundation and Arts in Stark. Currently, Beka is a member of Vistage, serves on a United Way Council for Prosperity to Work, and is a board member for the American Heart Association. Beka is married with one daughter and resides in Canton, Ohio.
